NEL WHATMORE SOLO EXHIBITION

The exhibition runs from Saturday 6th to Sunday 28th October 2007.

The solo exhibition will be held in two of the gallery's three rooms and will include a wonderful variety of work from seascapes to large oils as well as her well known floral paintings.

Nel is keen to have more time to meet customers and has kindly said that she will be in the gallery on Saturday 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th from 11am - 3pm.

Nel has had a long association with Chantry House Gallery as her work has been exhibited there since she became a professional artist in 1986.

She exhibited at the Chelsea Flower Show this year and had a real surprise as she was treated to a special visit by HRH The Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall.

Nel's work is sold worldwide in the form of limited edition prints, and the licensing of her work has now developed so much that Royal Worcester have launched a gallery range of beautiful ceramics featuring her florals. Four books of her poetry and paintings will be released in January 2008 and will also be available at the gallery.

Nel says "I am thrilled to be exhibiting at Chantry House as it gives me a lovely opportunity to exhibit for a longer period of time and, therefore, to spend more time with people. Featuring my oils and seascapes will also make a very exciting change. I look forward to meeting you".

The work will be refreshed from time to time during the period of the exhibition to enable new work to be available throughout the entire show.

JANUARY - MARCH
